We are a rental agency and deal with Standard Sheet Metal on a recurring basis and we will always use them for our service. Thank you Steve for excellent customer service and professional AC maintenance.
My initial call to them was to have my living room AC unit fixed. The unit just stopped working. On February 8, 2019, one of their technicians by the name of N*** came by. He wasn't very professional in his demeanor and appearance but I was fine with them as long as he got the job done. He opened the AC panel and looked at it for 15 minutes at most, and stated that the problem was not with the AC unit and that I had to call an electrician. Our air conditioning system in our enclosed office has been down for 2 weeks and we are still waiting to have it fixed. They are waiting for a part from the East Coast, which has not been shipped— still waiting.
