I was looking to upgrade my alarm system and called Standard Security Systems Ltd. and I was able to speak to a real person within moments. My call was answered by Ketan, one of the owners. He answered my questions and gave me a rough quote for the upgrade. He then came to my home 2 days later to review my existing alarm system and provided a detailed price quote for the complete job within a couple of hours. I called Standard Security for help disconnecting an old alarm that had been set off. I did not know the codes and had a ringing alarm on Sunday morning. The technician told me exactly what to do, was very professional, and did not charge me for this phone consult. I highly recommend them.
