Communication was clear from the get go. I was unlucky as I did have to get pushed back twice, but it was pouring rain the day of each appointment. Today I did get my front porch fixed, new rubber underlayment, and got rid of old shingle that was not meant for the pitch of my front porch. Very satisfied overall. The quality of the work was great, communication was great and any inquiries I had were handled promptly. Extremely satisfied and will definitely work with them for any future home needs.
Jeff was stellar, highly recommended! Professional, timely, personable, informative and truly out to help the customer, not scalp them. Several of our property line trees were damaged during the tear off and subsequently the owner of Standard Roofing has made no attempt to remediate the damage done to our trees. We received an estimate from a reputable tree service to have the damaged and stressed trees treated for hopes of survival, but the owner of Standard Roof... read more
