I would give zero stars if possible. I called this company and spoke with the service manager. He informed me that they were very busy and it would probably be 3 weeks before they came out but said we were definitely on the list. 3 1/2 weeks later we get an email telling us they have had too many new projects and won't be able to service our facility. What a horrible way to treat a customer. The disrespect of this company is egregious and I would highly suggest using a different company.
