I have lived in my residence for 2 years now. Standard property bout the lot for 1.7 million dollars and have done nothing except lower the standard of living there. They took over well over 6 months ago and habe seemed to touch the property. The washer and dryer has been working selectively (during alloted hours) since the day they took over the property. Would give negative stars if was an option. DO NOT RENT from this company. They literally just collect rent and thats it nothing else. Sad trash excuse for a "managment company." There property manager Ashley is highly unproffessional and unorgnaized leading to a shit show of a time. Too many properties to care I guess So if you dont mind being ignored and left in the dust for everything then Standard is the way to go.
