This gym is excellent for all levels. The coaches are so great and personal. They also allow you do bring dogs which makes any workout better.
I attended Standard Procedure off-and-on for about a year to a year-and-a-half. I took classes with Tiffany Walling (the owner), Chase Besuden, and Karina Gorman. Tiffany and Chase were/are great. Karina is/was passable. Overall, the exercise design is fabulous, probably my favorite of any of the HIIT/resistance-training style of studio classes that are very popular in the Tampa/St. Pete area. Love this place! Moved to St. Pete in Spring and used ClassPass to check out the local gyms. Once I went to Standard Procedure and tools Tiffany’s class, I was sold! Highly recommend. 10/10. Would tell me friends.
Tiffany has put every ounce of herself into the gym and its members and it shows. If you enter with an open heart that is willing to work there is NOTHING she won’t do to help you achieve your fitness goals. Thanks Tiffany!
