I've always admired the owner of Standard Procedure and finally had an opportunity to take a class with her! I'm grateful she took the leap and opened her space not once, but twice for the community. Great workout AND great ownership!!

I've worked out at a lot of different places, and this gym is truly special. Tiffany has built something that's so much more than a place to workout. The workouts are super challenging (in the best way!) and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Everyone is encouraging, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see each other. Definitely recommend!

This is a great gym that is locally owned and the classes are a decent size. The trainers and owner are super helpful, encouraging, and make sure you are dripping in sweat at the end of the class!
