They tried to be very helpful, but unfortunately were not very knowledgeable. A young woman on the phone told me they had a Swanstone integrated sink vanity top, so I went there, and she confidently showed me the vanity top, but it was an engineered stone vanity top with an undermound, the complete opposite, both in material and shape. Then two older men employees came over to talk with me, and when I described how I wanted to customize a vanity top, they started telling me some related stories, but they both seemed out of t... read more
Their customer service is horrible! You go in as a customer knowing what your looking for and they don’t have the patience to help and end up telling you to look for it on your own even the manager gave us attitude on assisting us! If you get this customer from the manager what can you expect from the rest of the employees!!!! Manager doesn’t listen to what your looking for and ignores you walks away, makes you feel like you don’t know what yiur looking for!
