Their customer service is horrible! You go in as a customer knowing what your looking for and they don’t have the patience to help and end up telling you to look for it on your own even the manager gave us attitude on assisting us! If you get this customer from the manager what can you expect from the rest of the employees!!!! Manager doesn’t listen to what your looking for and ignores you walks away, makes you feel like you don’t know what yiur looking for!

I returned items that I did not use because I found another option that was substantially less. None of the items were special order or out of stock items. The cashier told me that a 20% restocking fee would be deducted. The fee was $60. The receipt and a sign in the store said a 20% restocking fee MAY apply. He could not explain why in my situation a few would apply it in what situations it would NOT apply. His only explanation was they could have sold these items to someone else.
