Great customer service! The guys at the counter are awesome. Always willing to help in anyway they can. I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem.
Don’t expect much from them here. Run in with a raunchy lady employee one of the two was nice but the other…wouldn’t be caught dead next to her again. I have some big projects in the future but this location won’t get any of my business! By the looks of it with some other reviews they don’t have a great track record with customer service. I was told to come here but wouldn’t have had I checked the reviews!
The store itself ain't bad, it can get overwhelmin sometimes for the employees when they have a lot goin on, but I don't understand why folk would spend big $ on faucets and vanity, imagine if Settlers were concerned about the color of their Buckets, how did society become so pansy ass? Be grateful you have one and leave it at that!
We had a leak on the water meter. We went into standard plumbing and Adam helped us. He found the part that we needed an told us how to repair the leak. We really appreciate his kindness and his knowledge of the products. Thanks Adam!
