I purchased what I thought was a power vented water heater after I got it home and unboxed I then noticed it was a direct vented water heater. When I returned it to the store in Brigham the manager said the bottom of the feet were all scratched up and they would not exchange it for a vented one so we had to buy another $1800 heater. I would not recommend anyone to shop here. Alan Johnson. Thatcher Utah.
I don't know how this building stays in business you can't get anybody to help you in there and if you do it's like an inconvenience for them
staff was helpful and they had what I needed. I needed some obscure things such as brass fittings and check valves. And they had everything I wanted.
We ran here quickly knowing there was only 15 minutes until they closed trying to avoid a trip to Home Depot. We walked in and were not welcomed or asked if we needed any help. After finally finding what we were looking for an associate came and told us they were closing. We told him were understood and were almost done. A few minutes later he turned the lights off!! Customer Service at its finest! I came into your store in Brigham today without a clue as to what I needed to fix my shower. I was lucky enough to talk to Kajessa Witt! She was so helpful and informative as to the parts I needed and exactly how to replace them. I can not say enough about her knowledge and professionalism. Without her willingness to really dig into things I'm sure I would have walked out without the parts and confidence to do the job. THANK YOU, Kajessa, you are a life saver!
