My wife, my kids and her parents came to this store to grab a few tools because we just moved to Roy. They had found everything they needed and an older gentleman stopped them and asked, “Are you keeping these kids under control?” Joking, my mother in law say we can’t and laughed. Apparently that is when this gentleman (Brad or Brett) took the tools out of my kids hands and told them they weren’t toys. The website and sign on the door says they close at 5, arrived at 4:30 and the doors were locked up. Thanks for the waste of a trip.
The showroom sales associate Shyann was awesome! We are novice DIYers remodeling our old bathroom and she was super helpful at explaining and helping us figure out which type of shower fixtures would work with our valve. She was very knowledgeable about all the different brand valves and fixtures, and which brands would and wouldn’t work for us. She made calls to other stores for a specific handle we were looking for and overall was just very helpful, impressive, and kind. This young woman deserves a raise!
