It's disappointing how bad this store is ran especially compared to any other standard in the valley the shelves are an absolute mess (even with what few items they have anymore) it seems like there's little to no stock of commonly used items then they act all put out that they actually had to help somebody so I just walked out of the doors the quality of the parts they do have is no better than the home depot up the road which carries all the same things they do plus a lot more. apparently they don't close at 6 pm. I understand I was cutting it close but that doesn't excuse them ignoring my calls at 5:30 and locking up and leaving the store well before 6. its bad enough they close so early when they're the only repetitable plumbing supplier up here but closing early on a normal work day is crazy work. if I could rate it lower I very much would.
Cheyenne is absolutely the best! I love this place and I will go here for everything that I need from now on thank you for your professional courtesy and customer service skills! Your products are amazing as well!
