I had a terrible experience with another big national company that stressed me out so much and I almost experienced hell in the process. Our tech, James, is the best! Thorough, professional and receptive to hear about all the creatures that find their way to my home in the summer. Everyone should have someone like James represent their company. Their name should be "Exceptional" instead of Standard Pest Control!
