Unfortunately entered the downstairs from 2nd. Machine would not dispense a ticket. Called for assistance, but no assistance after several minutes. Tried the machine again, no ticket. Called for assistance again with no response. Prove to me that the assistance button is not simply decorative. Had to back out. Needs some risk management! Will generally avoid this lot in the future.
If this actually an SP Plus location, it's not on their website. Standard Parking doesn't answer phone calls, return voicemails or respond to emails.
