Been waiting for contacts for over a year while they just give me dailys to shut me up basically til I need more
Bought a few pairs of lenses and they were awful. The lenses got all scratched up in like a week and the sides rubber slip right off. Awful and horrible quality.

I saw another review that says they posted a paper sign on the door that they are temporarily closed. The least they could do is notify the people waiting for their orders. Similar experience to many others on here. I was told replacement glasses would take 4-6 weeks. Called 8 weeks later, and was told that they should be in the next week and they would call. I was never called, so two weeks later I call again and their voicemail mailbox is full. Come to find out, the location is "temporarily closed". Something smells really sketchy here.
