I did not have a problem with my service or my experience at this location. I thought the doctor was very professional and I got a good exam. I did have a problem with how they presented themselves and my insurance coverage. Before I came in I called them and asked them if they were a VSP network provider. Their response was "We accept VSP." I found out the hard way that this is code for "No we are not but we will accept their out of network coverage." So I was duped.
