I ordered glasses and paid for them. I waited for 7 weeks before I called. There was no answer so I went there and found out they are out of business. I'm out $374.00
My family and I went in on April 30 to get our eyes examined and get new glasses. We have been waiting for 8 weeks for our glasses and they are still not done. Standard Optical has made no efforts to let us know when we can expect the glasses. We have been coming here for the past 7 years and we've never had such a horrible experience.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in on April 30th and spent over $300 for one pair of glasses. 9 weeks later, no glasses. I called and asked for a refund and was told that isn't possible as they are in production. They've been in production for 9 weeks. Do not waste your time and money with Standard Optical!
It took 3 months to get my glasses
Do not come here unless you can wait 2 months for your glasses to come in. Dr. Is great and VERY thorough but process with lab and shipment is the worse.
