I recently became a new patient. I was switching from a doctor who I saw for 20 years- to a new doctor, which can be stressful. But Tyler, at the front desk, eased my nerves, and reassured me, that I booked my appointment with the right Dr. and I’m glad I did!! Happy to have the service that I have longed for. I went through many attempts to get things back on track myself, but in the end I knew more was required. I was referred by a friend of a family member and am forever grateful for all those who were apart of my recovery. I feel hopeful and have made it out of the darkness. I am forever grateful for M.r Gaines for helping me to realize that the light at the end of the tunnel was closer than I assumed!
