Standard industrial completely blew off my appointment this morning - when i called asking why no one showed up or even made a call to me, they offered an excuse that they couldn't get the appointment into the system though it was made 1.5 weeks ago. Buyer beware
I had a pump go bad on a very busy day. Called Standard, talked to Giovan in service. She was great!!! Had someone out within the hour. Had it fixed, and got back to work quick. They where great all around. Thanks Giovan.
