Still happy after decades with them. The techs are easy to talk to and quick to understand my concerns. If there is a problem, some one will be sent to investigate my concern and correct any difficiencies.
I recently had a fault with my heating system and I was panicking that I might have to replace my whole furnace unit being an older home. The Technician that came to the house took the time to observe that since the vent was working perfectly in a room, it had to be something with the motor. He was right and he took the time to explain the situation and took the time to replace the motor same day and everything is working again perfectly. They were on time, very professional and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered. I have use them for many years and will use them again in the future.
Been using these guys for 30 plus years and never been disappointed. My kids are using them for there AC and Heating needs now and with the same professional service that I always had.
I was very pleased with the techninian they sent out to help identify why our AC wasn't working. He quickly identified the problem and clearly explained the options. Unfortunatly they needed to order a part and then had some trouble getting the instalation scheduled, but the were able to fix the scheduling problem and get our AC running. They were very professional through the whole process.
