⭐ 1/10 Very disappointing experience at Southpoint Apartments. The property manager is extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive toward tenants. She does not listen to residents’ concerns and often seems to look for ways to blame tenants instead of addressing the actual problems. Terrible company. Lets their employees treat the tenants that they manage like shit. Their employees will lie about the condition of your home if you upset them. Try to get you evicted. Unsuccessfully that is. Just make sure before you move somewhere that STANDARD enterprises is NOT the management company.
They pick and choose which maintenance orders to do! My dryer has been down for over five months and now my hot water heater is out! I have called several times, they came out and instead of fixing the issue they just relit the pilot light and told me to call them if it went out again! Of course it went out, it needs a vapor sensor replaced! The water heater has a indicator light that tells you exactly what is we with it!
