I’d recommend a homeless shelter before I recommend living in ANYTHING managed by standard enterprises.
I called the Home office because I have a problem with the landlord!! This is not the 1st time ! The Dm called me and I explained to her what happened! She told me anytime I had a problem like that , it was ok to contact her ! After that ! ⭐ 1/10 Very disappointing experience at Southpoint Apartments. The property manager is extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive toward tenants. She does not listen to residents’ concerns and often seems to look for ways to blame tenants instead of addressing the actual problems. Terrible company. Lets their employees treat the tenants that they manage like shit. Their employees will lie about the condition of your home if you upset them. Try to get you evicted. Unsuccessfully that is. Just make sure before you move somewhere that STANDARD enterprises is NOT the management company.
