They pick and choose which maintenance orders to do! My dryer has been down for over five months and now my hot water heater is out! I have called several times, they came out and instead of fixing the issue they just relit the pilot light and told me to call them if it went out again! Of course it went out, it needs a vapor sensor replaced! The water heater has a indicator light that tells you exactly what is we with it! I was paying $900 to live there. Was without heat and air on several occasions. They would never accommodate my rent when requested was without air for 2 months. Got charged $75 for blinds 4 years ago and they are still not replaced.
