I went in trying to find parts that don't exist. Rather than the guy telling me no, pound sand. He literally walked me thru thinking it out, trying different things to find a solution. Then, when I showed him something I thought could work, he walked me thru it and thanks to him I tried it and it works! Not only did he go above and beyond he helped me out tremendously because I was at a loss. And the items I needed I couldn't even by at his store.
