If you happen to need to return a item/s, dont expect anyone to even start processing your refund until you call a week later to inquire about the refund. Returned unused bearings on 5/26, on week later, no refund. Called to inquire about it, guy took my number said he was gonna check on it and call me back. Had to call 2.5 hours later to see what he had found out about my refund, talked to a different person and said he would have to get with first guy and find ... read more
