I cannot say enough good things about Tom and his team! From the very first phone call, Tom was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. He worked around my very busy schedule and was so patient, even after I had to reschedule three different times. I wasn’t able to get a rental car, so he let me bring my vehicle in for an appraisal first and then return weeks later when I was ready for the repair. I was involved in an accident and I was fortunate enough to have my car towed to Standard. The owner Tom and his staff were great to work with especially assisting with dealing with the insurance company. Highly recommended!

Tom is a dishonest business man. Do not trust that he will keep his word. After my car was in an accident a towed to his place of business I contacted him to take my car out of storage once I believed the car would not be covered by any insurance and he told me not to worry about it. One month later I received the denial from my insurance company and upon contacting him once I learned it was denied he now feels I waited a month to long and would never hold the car for that long without any charges.
