I’m distraught about this review and I thought 10x to post it not to post. I appreciated that the technician came out quickly and was polite. The issue was a clogged condensate pump — he cleared it in a few minutes using compressed air, no mess, no disassembly. What frustrated me was the $350 charge for something that took less than 20 min and involved no parts or intensive labor.
