It really is crappy that people are still getting charged for monthly memberships and tan packages with no notice of business closure. Every time I've gone by there to tan and cancel my membership, they've been closed. It's very frustrating and disappointing after being a member for so many years. I'm going to call my credit card and dispute the charges.
Horrible. I have never had such a terrible experience. They change their hours on a whim and don't post it ANYWHERE except on the front door, meaning that a trip to tan is completely wasted. They are completely unresponsive. For the last three weeks, my emails have gone unanswered, their voicemail has been full, and there is apparently no other way to talk to them.
Superb customer service that are always so helpful to explain the different products they offer. Definitely the BEST tanning salon in the Atlanta Metro, possibly the entire Southeast. Highly recommended, you need to check out STAND!
Went by Stand UV & Spray Tanning yesterday to get some information because I have never tanned before and I am very pale. I spoke with someone (Kelly? Purple hair.) who was super helpful explaining the different levels, lotions, and pricing. I went back today to give it a try and was helped by Amanda who was just as great. When I mentioned that I had been finding to find the right place for me, she replied "welcome home". I'm so excited to join the Stand family. :)
