Purchased their Hangout Footrest TWICE and TWICE it was delivered in a damaged box; the first was poorly packaged, probably by a 5-year old, and the step was damaged so I sent it back to The Swivel Shop which markets and sells the step but does not ship the step. The step is shipped directly from Stand Up Vans.
