What a great customer service experience, during phase 2 of covid 19 we called up, talked about inflatable paddle boards with Kate who was very knowledgeable. We were expecting to pay over the phone then pick it up from the store but Kate said she was heading our way the next day (45mins away) and would drop it off! Which is exactly what she did. We went out for the first paddle yesterday and loved it!

A beautiful place to paddle and an Amazing staff and selection of product right on the water where you can try anything before you buy. Kate and Charlie know their stuff.
Kate was awesome! She accommodated our group on a Sunday morning and was so helpful to a lot of first time, nervous women! We absolutely loved it and will come back again on our next trip to New Bern!
These folks are fantastic, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I stopped by on my way home from Carolin Cup. I was able to demo several top quality boards. And get correct feedback on stance and position. They also helped me dial in volume and width. These folks are well worth the trip. Go check them out.
