Good place nice n clean n staff is very nice n helpful
Professional receptionist but the wait time is insane. I arrived at 446pm for my appointment and I waited til 6pm to ask how much longer I had to wait. After speaking to her co worker aside from her she asked if I could give them a few more minutes, I just said forget it and walked out. No one should have to wait so damn long to get an xray. What a waste of time. I will have my physician give me another referral for somewhere else!!
i had a MRI done at this facility, the whole staff is great especially Lucy who help me rescheduling my appointment and transportation. She was very professional. The only issue i had is i try to do the survey and could not find the quick survey option as stated in step by step sheet. thank you...!
Honestly they have one problem they took a while to finish so if you have appointment at 1 pm come like at 3
I had no issues during the scan but could not get through to a person or get a return call to get the results afterwards. I only learned the results after the receptionist at my neurology appointment called them (and got an actual person on the phone). The only call they returned was the call I made when I was delayed in traffic and left a message that I MIGHT be late for my appointment (I didn't turn out to be late). It doesn't seem that patients are among their priorities.
