I had an MRI there and everything went smoothly and professionally. No problems and no complaints. The office staff were friendly and the tech was good. The sit down position is great for anyone who would feel claustrophobic. It’s like sitting in an open booth. Very comfortable and natural. You watch a big TV. That’s it.
I wish there were negative number reviews. I cannot tell you how unprofessional the scheduling is. First after waiting one day and being in the MRI machine for a while I was told they had the wrong referral and had to reschedule. They rescheduled.... Then changed my time without prior knowledge. I was ok at first because after being there ALL WEEK having MRIs done I was finally going to have them finished. WRONG! They were behind schedule by 2 hrs, had no decency to let me know when confirming my appointment which by the way... read more
