How to get an MRI here in Phoenix and couldn't do it with my claustrophobia, found this place online and thought that it might work out. Set up an appointment and they took care of all the calling to get everything approved. Showed up and they were very courteous very organized was in and out in no time and was finally able to get my mri! With my extreme claustrophobia this place is the only place I will go
I have to say this is the most professional area I've ever been in I feel like I was on a fancy vacation! With the snacks and the cool drinks and the customer service, the gentleman that offered me snacks to the woman who made me feel comfortable on the table while doing the MRI and the x-ray with my choice of music I felt safe and I definitely felt like this was a visit to remember thank you so much for making me feel good amongst all the other things going on in my life I appreciate you guys and the whole staff God bless
Went through Sweet James after an accident. Care was fine, but good luck getting your bills handled after your case settles. Been waiting months for them to reduce their lien so I can get my settlement. Total nightmare. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.
I came here after a car wreck and the people were very nice and competent...I highly recommend!
