Whether it was user error or a system glitch, I did not have an appointment today, the manager, Kristy was amazing and able to work it out. She went above and beyond to ensure my Fur baby was seen. Dr. sweet is amazing! Thank you all for what you do
I was very happy and blessed to have my child with 4 paws be seen here today. They handled her with so much love and care. I highly recommend them as they really cherish your fur babies and treat them like their own. They have a financial assistance program and it is amazing.
I think that they have a wonderful staff! Place is clean and they helped lower Chevy's vet bills. Then they have a service for an animal that the owner can't pay and they still treat the animal. That is made up from contributions from people like us. I encourage every one to give, even if it is just one dollar, you may need that service one day yourself. $1.00
Great service from the front desk to the examination room! What I really liked was, when I walked in, I saw my cat's name at the top of the board! They list all animal's who have an appointment for that day. Just that extra little touch to make Paw Parents 🐾 feel welcome.
I love the LKN faciality! I have been going since the day it opened. And the service is fantastic from the lobby to the techs & doctors!!
