My mother and I took her new dog up to this location to get vaccinations done for her puppy, and the dog immediately had an allergic reaction within the next hour of receiving them and the entire office decided to go on lunch together instead of rotating out someone to be answering the phones and to have a doctor on staff for An emergency Now we’re having to go to a completely different location across town because of the office being closed and they don’t even have an emergency number. The veterinarians are good. The clinic is great, I'm just sick of getting sent bravecto that's broke open. I Foster animals so I can't just throw money away, $40 a shot. Getting a hold of them id impossible and they won't offer prescriptions to sources with good medicine. It's very difficult to get an appointment, as they are often booked out months in advance.

Great staff, excellent care and punctual scheduling. I've never had to wait a long time and I always feel they love and care for my fur babies almost as much as I do!
