We always have a good experience with this company! This is our second time using them. Luke, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and clearly knows his trade inside and out. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is both professional and personable. They did excellent work and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, honest services!

Stanch Property services did an AMAZING job cleaning the entire exterior of our house! They were very thorough and professional. If you need you house power washed, I highly recommend that you go with them!

SPS is a user friendly and very capable company to do business with. Luke knows his business and knows the meaning of customer service and satisfaction. Paver patio looks better than it has for years and the house siding and windows look great. Heather manages the office and the paperwork is efficient and the advice or counsel she gives is "spot on"!

I had gutter guards put on my house and it has made a huge difference! No more cleaning leaves out of them or dealing with clogs and leaks. Luke was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The job was done quickly and I am very happy with the finished product.
