Stan Young Drainage was very professional and on time. My basement flooded every time it rained. They waterproofed the entire basement and gave me a life time warranty. I have not had any issues what so ever I even got to finish my basement like I been wanting to. Thank you Stan!!!!
ZERO STARS. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. After putting in a drainage system and waterproofing two sides of exterior basement wall, large gaps in the yard became present creating a walking hazard. Caving in of the dirt around house has occurred leaving the waterproofing/tar visible in multiple spots around the house. The slope of the back yard hill used to drain away from house, but after the drainage system was put it, when it rains, rain goes towards the house instead of away creating a potential flooding issue with back basem... read more
