When Dr.Konrad retired, I was a bit concerned about my dental care. Over the years, I’ve had a few concerning issues, and was always comforted that he knew what my needs were. His were big shoes to fill. Dr. Kim took over his practice. Not only did Dr. Konrad choose the best dentist, but also one whom is caring, thorough, and does well explaining what one needs for today, as well as future treatments. Couldn't find a new patient appointment for many weeks (and that's ok even thought i requested multiple times - so disappointing, but ok). But then why I asked them to cancel the process (since they couldn't find an appointment), they reached out to my previous dentist for medical records (I'm so glad the previous dentist checked with me).
