Absolutely awful business owners. You should be ashamed of yourselves. They are encroaching on public sidewalk space and despite the city asking them multiple times to clear their encroachment they have taken months and no action. For your information, us pedestrians should be able to walk through there and not have to cross a 4 lane street just because you are a selfish business.
