This dealership has terrible internal communication. There’s only one phone number for multiple sales managers, and they don’t coordinate with each other. After discussing a deal for days, they gave the car to someone else willing to pay more. They talk about “no pressure,” but in reality, you can lose a car because another manager is selling it at the same time. Serious lack of professionalism and integrity.
This is a great place to buy a vehicle. Everybody were real kind and nice make buying a vehicle very easy and they even help you after the sale they treat you like family I will buy from them anytime
I had a great experience at this dealership. Salesman was very nice and accommodating but just wasn't the vehicle I was looking for.
Very welcoming and professional quick response time to my concerns
The salesman Jacob knew we were very interested but he never told us we could put a down payment to hold it he just kept moving the date up to come see it because it needed a new part. Finally we got the date to come see it and buy it and the date was confirmed for the next day, that morning he called and said the car was sold the day before. We were very upset because we really wanted to buy it!
