Was able to do the majority of the trade deal via the internet. All went very good.
I was responded to quickly. I was told the unit was available. Then when I was ready to make an appointment the "manager" emailed me the truck was "pre-sold". What the deuce does that mean? I inquired if this was the same unit Rose had emailed me twice about. The "manager" indicated it was. Rose should have emailed me or an explanation should have have been given as to how the confusion happened. "Pre-sold" and advertised on CarGurus as for sale....yeah OK. General Motors is involved in the sale of the vehicle you were looking at, and it had not processed on the website taking it out of our inventory. This explains why Rose thought it was available, however I certainly realize this does not make up for the confusion and you feeling misled about the vehicle being for sale.
