Started a deal on a truck on a Thursday submitted all financing paperwork to secure the financing. Didn’t hear anything on Friday sat dealer calls and asks us how far we will be commuting and how long we plan to keep the truck…. Long story short they sold our truck on Sat after we had started the deal. They tried to get us to purchase a new truck. Never apologize just was told that they had other options for us.. I was helping a friend find an suv. She started out saying she wanted a Lincoln MKC. I saw one at Jimmy Smiths in Athens. I responded for the dealer to contact me. They contacted me immediately and Damien gave me the info. I shared that with my friend and she had changed her mind. I called Damien back to let him know. He was polite, he knew his product very well. I wish my friend would have bought from Jimmy Smith and Damien. If I needed a vehicle I would have bought it.

Inquired about a vehicle. Eveyone was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the car did not pass the safety inspection so I did not purchase anything through them.
I really never had any contact with them I wasn't sure if I was in the market to buy or just looking. The dealership did contact me but I never replied.
