Why would I drive to a dealership miles away instead of Bical that I drive by every day?? When I go to a dealership I want honesty, competence and only than price. When I shopped for Lyriq, I was lied to, dealt with completely incompetent salesperson and on top was given a huge price increase for getting an option that I was originally promised. Horrible service. We purchased a GMC Canyon from them and the transmission wasn't right. Took it in and they said it was fine. Talked to Woodhouse and they sent me the bulletin on what was wrong, took it in and they knew nothing about it. Made an appointment for 8:15AM, had the pickup there at 8:00. At 2:30 I went out there and they had not touched it. Finally got it in, still wasn't right , took another dealer and it was low on fluid. Car was repaired, afterwards the repaired fender came off. It was clued on. The bracket that should hold the fender was not replaced. The job was paid for but not done properly. I would not trust them for anything. A complete rip off

Senior Citizens beware!!!!!!. This place will tag team every dollar and cent out of you they can. After several "deals" here......you would have to think maybe you found people you could trust. NOT HARDLY. But what you established is people that know you and how to really rip you off hard for a ton on money.
