One of the best therapy sessions I’ve ever had.
Went to him years ago and the help he provided still helps me to this day. One of the best.
We are living in the land of the uncanny valley. The new wave of false help, validation therapy, is enabling and grooming people to stay stuck in their troubles, teaching youth how to weaponize mental health. There is still a hero among us, and that hero is the sledgehammer named Dr Stan Lelek. If you really want to get to the other side. Go see him, do the work...let it hurt and truly heal. These other "guys" will "your hurt is valid" you right into a hole. He will help you assemble a shovel to dig yourself out.
I have waited over 3 years and multiple sessions with Dr. Lelek before posting a review. I will keep this short. He has helped my significantly and is the first to ever do so. I have seen about 6 psychologists the previous 14 years and all wanted to help but just didn't know how. Dr. Lelek is effective and has jumped started my healing.
