Absolutely the worst State Farm agent within 250 miles. I tried to get ahold of the agent directly and was interrogated by the supposed supervisor, and then eventually completely hung up on. It was a completely unprofessional interaction with the agency. I will be following up with a complaint to the insurance Commission in LA, as well as filing a complaint directly to State Farm Corporate office.
