I do not recommend this company for purchases of new equipment, such as furnaces or central air conditioning.
What’s the hell is wrong with these people? I asked to remove my number from their calling list 10 times and they are still calling me! Even if I will ever need a repair I will NEVER call this company!
I contacted Falso Company in March of 2025 for an estimate to replace my 20 year old central a/c unit in my attic. I received an estimate within 5 days!! They installed a new air handler unit in the attic and replaced the outside air conditioner within 2 weeks. They had to come back in May to make some adjustments once the unit was running during the summer months. Great service and timely.
My 86 year old mother called Mark Allen Plumbing to fix water running from the toilet tank down to the bowl continuously. The toilet was 9 years old and needed a new float valve and flapper. Marl Allen sent Jason on the call. He convinced my mother she needed a new special toilet. He installed a standard off the shelf American Standard toilet. He charged her $1800 for the toilet and the 1 hour it took to install it. He also tightened a packing nut in the basement that was dripping and charged her $400 for the 10 minute fix. ... read more
My initial meeting with Ramesh and his son was great. Both were very personable and friendly. I thought I finally found a HVAC person I could rely on and trust. However, a month later when I called to verify the next appointment date/time, Ramesh said he would call me back after he checked. He never called back. Bill arrived to the first appointment to assess the situation and returned to complete the job. I appreciate the time and effort Bill took to help me identify the problem and discuss solutions to remedy the situation. I would welcome Bill back into my home and would contact Geisel for future needs.
Lack of customer focus, responsiveness by Barlow team. Installs hot water heater, not to code, and the amount of time to get them to address this is reflective of a general manager who does not appreciate customers, the value of customers who have bought multiple items and high profit margin service contracts. Barlow unforutnately is not a reputable company and one that is to be avoided.
