Dr. Chien and team were my dentists for five years. Very dedicated and capable team, but make sure to ask many questions about suggested services, to avoid costs not covered by insurance. They might push, for instance, fluoride applications without patient’s consent, that might result in $25 charges per application. Certain post-op visits are also not covered by insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Chien! He's very kind and really makes sure you're comfortable to tell him what you need help with for him to check and help you with what you need. He made sure we were attended on time with no time to waste. He also personally calls to check if everything is ok. Definitely a 5-star service!
