This company is a scam. I fell for it, they took my payment method, charged me for several months but I could never log in to my account or get help logging into my account. I contacted them via phone and long wait times. The young lady pulled up my account, with the credentials I provided her, and clearly stated that she could see that I have never accessed it. 3 months later, after being a large business customer for over 4 years , and after 15 phone calls in November and December , over 80 emails to them, and now on hold for 20 minutes yet again waiting for our over $300 in funds to be returned to us. Nobody has an answer. They need to be out of business. How they handle customer's money is fraudulent.We still cannot get our refund back that has been due to us since early December. We are speaking to a CSR in a another country that is clueless. Use anybody but them

Worst deceptive service ever. They had an update on their software that caused me over $50 of stamps to incorrectly print. Contacted them and was told to send it to them for refund. Sent to them with USPS delivery confirmation with their own service and followed their return instructions. Was told they never received it, even though I had confirmation of delivery. Later, was told that since nobody signed for it, it was not valid. Bunch of liars. Will never use ever again. Hope nobody else gets scammed from these cheaters. Yo... read more
