Wow these reviews are all over the place. My experience has been very good. I thought the $15.99 was fairly clear when I signed up. It's not super cheap, but it's cheaper (and easier to maintain) than a postage machine. And it doesn't take up any space, it lives in the cloud. We are a small law firm, and do a decent amount of mailing. I like that I can easily track items through the website, and I can categorize mailings as well. I mistakenly thought the link for stamps.com had something to do with the USPS. It definitely doesn't. I had created an account before I realized my mistake. Luckily, I read the email they sent out at account creation because I had NO IDEA WHATSOEVER that they had signed me up to a subscription fee every month! No notice on that during the signup process! BEWARE!! I have now cancelled and will wait to see if they try to scam me or bombard me with spam. I'm afraid I'll see both...
Stamps was supposed to issue me a refund in late June/Early July! They never did, I asked them about it; they said they would get a check sent out, never did, asked again, said they would get it sent out, never did, asked around the beginning of August, said it would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Emailed them after 3 weeks was up, said they forgot to send out the check and would send it the next day, and let me know, neger emailed me to let me know they sent it out. This company is a scam. I fell for it, they took my payment method, charged me for several months but I could never log in to my account or get help logging into my account. I contacted them via phone and long wait times. The young lady pulled up my account, with the credentials I provided her, and clearly stated that she could see that I have never accessed it. Needless to say, after sharing with her that I would leave a negative review and report to BBB (the mthly fee was for “access”, which I never had). She would not let... read more
