They are big liars and very bad company… they are the worst ever , they don’t do anything and they keep increasing the HOA . They don’t fix any problems.
Horrible company. They don't answer phone and hire inferior companies that don't know what they are doing. Sent me a painter that was a lawn and snow removal company. Terrible attitudes
Reps misquoting bi-laws attempting to extort residents for more money than the $265 in association fees per month they already get. A simple task such as can you please clean the vomit out of my hallway has taken 5 calls, 2 visits to the office, etc... Reps believe this behavior is ok and not ignoring the problem. Very focused on the word ignore and declined request, they are only concerned about legal loopholes, could care less if your dog or kid eats anothers vomit. Terrible management co. you try to call them and no answer, we have been trying for 2 months for a plumber to come out and have gone to our HOA meetings and was told it would be fixed and we are still waiting.. tried to call today and no answer. i see why everyone gives them ZERO STARS
