Incompetent technician and customer service lack of communication!!!
I moved into a new rental home and quickly noticed some pest lurking about. Since the home is older, I understand that there are more openings around the home for these types of critters to come in. I called stampede to schedule reoccurring treatment. Service technician adriver early and provided quick and efficient treatment. I am seeing immediate results from the treatment.
spoke to chad and he was great setting up my appointment and with follow. the technician arrived on time and performed the service that was needed. Stampede is the ones to turn to when you have a pest bug or bee problem.
Technician did great!! Follow all my indications to work around my dogs and was very knowledgeable answering my questions
On time, friendly, professional. What else is there to say?!
