Clowns. Missed multiple foundation cracks, didn't inspect radon and we currently sit at 6x normal levels in our home, with a 4-year old. Fawk you man. Edit: missed the fact we don't have a drip guard at the edge of the roof, and now we have leaks. Missed electrical not up to code. This guy is a joke!
Jerry missed several key items on inspection of our home. We purchased the home from out of state and our trust in him was crucial. There were multiple areas in which water damage was visible, and not called out: 1st floor bottom trim by doors, sky lights, were outlets that didn’t function correctly. Two sinks leaked. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Roger is paid by realtors to produce better than actual results for well testing. He was supposed to be the "professional" to ensure my family had enough water to live off of, but then claimed he didn't know there was a cistern (reservoir). Instead of an industry standard 4 hour well production test, he tested the cistern only and claimed all was good.
