Awesome experience for someone who has anxiety just thinking about the Dentist. A calm, reassuring environment.
Dr Schaefer is excellent in every way. I like the quiet tone of the office, the personal greeting, and the fact that it is a small office and clinical area. Dr Schaefer is meticulous in his work and most caring. (he doesn't want you to know this however) The associates in the office are equally kind and helpful, and well trained in their specific areas of responsibility

As a high anxiety patient they each go out of their way to answer my questions, explain any procedures, and make accommodations to keep me comfortable throughout my visits. It is refreshing to see such wonderful customer service. I know their recommendations on my dental are based on what's best for me.
