The WORST! The law allows doctors to choose whether to write a 1-year prescription or a 2-year prescription for contact lenses. They absolutely refuse to write a 2-year prescription -- even though my insurance only covers office visits every other year. They obviously just want to juice the patient every year - even if the patient has to pay 100% out of pocket. Front desk has an attitude
The doctors were all nice, but the front desk is horrible, they answer the phone very rude, they will answer back to you rude. They are full of mistakes and are horrible to deal with. If you are looking for professional customer service and want answers and normal tasks done by the front desk, this is not the place for you. I went there to get an exam. Watch out for these people. Unfriendly receptionist (Its not her job to know anything about insurance; it's the patient's). Lecturing, condescending, incompetent Dr. Value profit and sales before patients. Not sure I got the right prescriptions. Hidden charges. Prescription screwed up. Not seeing well with "new" prescription.
