RecommendedSolinsky’s is a true gem and we are all very fortunate that these two passionate professionals have put in the long long days and nights needed to bring us smoked meats, amazing sausages with names I have never heard before, charcuterie, bacon, mushrooms and much more. It’s worth a trip from anywhere.
Great bacon 🥓!! Kielbasa is outstanding! Purchased the fresh chanterelles and they were delicious! Thank you for the brats... absolutely awesome!! Can't wait to come back to get more of your artisan delights!
The most delicious saussicon sec and terrine duck. Oh happiness and perfection. Bratwurst made with local Parker pork with the thinnest slices of crispy cucumber pickles. Delightful! Over the top quality. I can’t wait to try everything they make!
Absolutely the best meats you will find- amazing brats, primo bacon, charcuterie that is beyond words good, and the mushrooms-so much yumminess in one store! Oh and the owners are awesome too- friendly, fun, and knowledgeable.
