Food service took forever! We waited almost 30 min for chicken nuggets a salad and burger. One s'more dessert took another 15-20 min. Waiter was friendly but never came to update us until we complained. The restaurant wasn't even busy! Kinda ruined the great Father's Day we were having.
I wish there was an option for zero stars. My husband and I were looking forward to a rooftop lunch after several hours of paddle boarding. We were seated in a very cramped area when there were multiple tables available. Three tables were seated after us, received their drinks, and put their food order in before we even received our waters. The service was ATROCIOUS and frankly, you should be embarrassed. Past 40 plus minutes and never received the food we ordered. Individuals from our group showed up 30 minutes late and recieved their order way before our group. Never recieved a heads up on our food or the reason that it's taking so long. Service is horrible. Wouldn't recommend. Plus side the drinks were decent.
Extremely terrible service. Basically a frat house. Music too loud to eat in the dining room at 5 in the afternoon on a sunday, bartenders were dismissive and slow, bacon came out raw, ice cream dessert took 25 minutes for some reason. Our waiter was doing his best but I'm pretty sure he was the only waiter in the dining room. Poorly managed with a childish atmosphere, won't be back unless I want to waste more money while listening to bad top 40 mash ups. Food was decent though
