Igloo comes with tons of policies, requiring upfront signing of policies and providing credit card information . After numerous emails the cancellation fees were clarified as well as minimum required spends. Interestingly nowhere was it mentioned there would be a required 20% gratuity. That is unacceptable mainly due to the lack of transparency , specially after the waiter was not very friendly . The food was great but all very pricy! Really no view to speak of.

RecommendedI was kind of disappointed with the ambiance, the heated Igloo was cold and we only had a small center table inside so we had to eat our dinner on our laps. Other than that the food was very delicious.
RecommendedThis place was amazing! The di was incredible. Had the entire restaurant singing and dancing, staff included. My bartender was attentive and made amazing drinks. The food was really good too. This place has a really good, inviting vibe. Love it here! 10/10 recommend.
