***DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE - THE OFFICE DOES NOT CARE IF YOU CALLED OR LEFT MESSAGES. THEY BLATANTLY LIE.** They have the WORST people running this office. I am no longer seeing my treating physician because of this office.
I have been trying to get an appointment for over two months! The people at the front desk seem confused about the process of scheduling an appointment. They either don’t have the right information, or promise to call back multiple times. I have never received a call back from them, I always have to be the one to reach back out. Plus, they leave you in hold for longggg periods of time, and at the end they don’t have a final answer. HUGE WASTE OF TIME. They are rude and fully incompetent.
Very bad experience, you go to hospital because you are sick but you end up dealing with indifferent admin employees on the exorbitant billing.
As a lifelong resident of Stamford I have watched the hospital system undergo a complete metamorphosis in the past 50+ years.They boast about how good they are and cajole 'best ratings on this and that' but the reality is that yes, the facilities are new and plush but the quality of care has diminished dramatically. They have swallowed almost all medical care into enormous hospital systems across the country and so there is no longer any independence or personalized care.
